网上下载好了System_BIOS_v_ZA10A350_for_MicroServer_Gen10_Linux，用putty远程ssh到gen10上按照官网操作指引运行flashbios.sh之后报错，求大神帮忙看看以下是报错信息：

sh: 64: unknown operand

以下是官方指引：
Installation:
- Download the zip file to a directory on the target server.
- Unzip the file to a temporary directory.
- Switch to the "System_BIOS_v_ZA10A350_for_MicroServer_Gen10_Linux" folder and verify that the following files are extracted:
- Lnx folder
- Instruction.txt
- releasenote.txt
- ZA10A350.rom
- Switch to the "Lnx" folder.
- Execute "flashbios.sh" and press Enter to start the firmware update.
- After the firmware update process is completed, power cycle the system to ensure that the update is applied and to maintain hardware stability.
- Check the BIOS settings and if needed, configure these settings to restore the user customized values
