GEN8如何升级BIOS?大神们教教我。

我目前的是2014.06.06，想升级到2015.07.16，我的文件是cp027630.exe，提取出的文件是下图的内容
不知道如何在ILO里面升级。大神们教教我。

你是怎么升级的？我是提取出EF0文件，然后按照ILO版本的方法升级的，然后升级完查看，怎么还是2014.06.06？

用百度网盘分享。

就是和升级ilo一样的流程。

升级后应该什么都不用改，不过官方建议是重置所有bios设置，然后全部重新设置。

多谢大神。
我目前是2014.06.06配合IOL 1.32破解版。风扇转速是6%，同事的是2015.07.16配合IOL 2.1，是7%，所以，我想升级下试试。
