之前坛友寄过来一块Indilinx的32G SSD，反映说突然不认盘了。
拆开看，是Indilinx 1.0的板子，贴了16片JS29F16G08CANC1，板子脏兮兮的

JS29F16G08CANC1是Intel的2G SLC，2CE，50nm制程，真是好东西，和K9NCG08U5M一个时代的，就是容量小了点

粗略检查了一下，找到几个Flash连锡的地方、还有焊盘调了的地方，呵呵，拍照备案先

13、14脚连锡，13是VCC， 14是CE3；这个Flash是2CE的，14脚其实没用，所以这里应该没问题。

这里连锡，47、48脚，都是NC脚，应该没事；Indilinx的板子，47、48脚焊盘应该也是没有电的，不会短路

接上USB，电脑识别不到东西，只认到USB3.0硬盘盒的芯片信息

因为有帮其他坛友维修/DIY SSD、U盘，需要排队，这个就一直放在那里。

前段时间终于拿出来开始搞了！
插电脑不识别，首先怀疑主控虚焊了，去朋友店里，热风枪架上吹了一会，插上，嘿，认到了！

奇怪的是，坛友以前用着是好的，突然不认盘了一般都是掉固件，怎么会是主控虚焊了呢？难道是磕着了？碰着了？把主控搞虚焊了？


打开量产软件，也识别到了

选择Flash

16片Flash测试结果还不错，AA55、ECC-0时，坏块最多的只有16个，真不愧是SLC啊

当然，测试时，先清空，测试，最后又清空了一次的

开卡成功，看来就是主控虚焊而已，以为已经维修好了

磁盘管理器也识别到了

囧事来了！在跑校验测试时，出现掉盘！重新拔、插，又认不到了，这次识别成了USB Mass Storage设备，还是带惊叹号的

再去用热风枪吹，倒是能识别了，但是再开卡，卡在RAM测试那里不动了

看起来是RAM有虚焊了？好，又用热风枪吹RAM，吹了几次后，开卡软件倒是认到了，但是开卡出现“读协议错误”

前前后后折腾了一个多礼拜，都没有折腾好，到最后，反倒又变成查电脑啥都不识别了！

Flash拆下来后，主控板清洗干净，再试验，还是不认！！！
又上热风枪，吹来吹去，就是吹不好

后来，决定还是换块板子

刚好，手上的JMF612支持这个Flash，于是，上清空器先测试Flash吧

SC708清空器，ChipGenius识别到的型号

Flash情况良好，那就开始贴JMF612吧

先试贴1片开卡是一下，开卡成功了

ATTO简单测试一下速度，哇，1片2G Flash的速度就这么好！
要知道，这1片2G 的Flash开卡出来，除了固件保留的之外，容量只有1G了
