首先你得把2012的安装镜像下载到你的PC上（记住这个存放位置），然后翻开IE，登录到GEN8的ILO。
再翻开ILO中的近程掌握台

点击电源开关，短按

等屏幕下方泛起提醒时，按F10

由于使用IP编制安装2012，所以要在这里挂载2012的安装镜像。点击虚拟驱动器，出来个菜单，选 "映像文件 CD-ROM/DVD"，找到之前下载到PC上的2012安装镜像存放的目录，拔取镜像文件

加载好安装镜像后，点击设置装备摆设和安装

点窜系统软件更新项为 跳过更新（否则安装之前会毗邻HP官网，搜检系统更新景象，很是费时）
